FAQ
Territory and Language(s)?
It's a Possibility that the "Squatches" Retain their Language(s) Learned from other Peoples and I believe that it is relavant to know what the "Squatches" Might have Learned many centuries ago with the Native Americans. These Pictures of the Michigan Tribes may be an Indication to the Languages they may have been able to Understand.
It has been 200 Years since Anglo Influences have been around and enough time for the "Squatches" to Learn some of the Languages associated, but having knowledge of Ancient writing and language could assist in the research.
Why the White Palms and Soles?
Here are My Theories on the White Palms and Soles.
1-Like White Tail Deers, it could be a Sign to Flee for other "Squatches".
2-The White Palms also could be used for Signaling and quick referrences to Location. A Quick Flash of White to say "I am Here".
The "Squatches walk in a way that they are practically unseen when approaching, and this could explain the "Cuped" Hands and the Style of Walk they use. Those could be to reduce the chances for them to be seen.
Here you see the White Palms and Soles as the "Squatch" is Leaving
Here you cannot see them as the "Squatch" Approaches
Another trick to keep their feet concealed is that they Sit on their feet so they point towards their back.
Rocks and Stones?
Could there be a Relationship between the Number and Sizes of Rocks to the Number and Ages of the "Squatches"?
So when a Human Places 5 Rocks on a Flat Stone, that may be telling the "Squatches" that "I Come with 4 Others." And this may Scare the "Squatches".
The Single Rocks on a Stone I Theorize are for Location Signals. "I am Here."
Trees and Stones?
The "Tree Knocking" I Associate with "Danger".
I Theorize that "Tree Knocking" is a Territorial Threat, or a "Run/Danger" Sign.
This is why I feel that they remain allusive.

2-Tree Bending.
3-Tree Breaking.
4-Tee-Pee Construction.
5-Lean-Tu Construction.

7-The Creation of "X" by Broken Trees.
8-Feces around a Nesting Site.
9-Large (Bare) Foot Prints.
10-Twig Breaks along a path that are at or over the 6 foot height mark.
These are all Based off of other Researchers and used as preliminary indications.
Does MiCCR use "Documentation Protocol"?
Yes. There are a set of guidelines for Documentation of Sites and Events in place. They are as follows:
Does MiCCR Prepare for Researching in an area?
Yes. To Identify key areas prior to the Research of the Area is Extreemly Important and you can fins a lot of Information from just the Satellite Images. This is how we do this.
A Site is Selected. (This case it's the "Sleepy Hallow" Campgrounds.
Then a Basic Survey of the Site and Interesting points marked out and estimated times to each Point established based on 200ft/min walking speeds, and a Draft of Objectives drawn up (Like so).

What Resources does MiCCR use to Gain Knowledge for their Research?
These are People that we research to Understand their findings with Information Published by Some of them:
What Types of Equipment do you use in MiCCR Research?
